So...we were close to Canada last week and had to see the
sights. The Canadian Rockies are amazing.
Here is just a taste...
And by the way...I hate power lines...they mess up my pictures.
This is called Crowsnest Mountain.
Another one of Crowsnest...
We went to a place called Frank's Slide.
In the early 1900's a mountain collapsed on a town and this was what was left.
The mountain in the background is Turtle Mountain.
All that rock and dirt came from the top of that mountain.
Views from the trail around Frank's Slide.
Don't remember the little town, but here was the Kingdom Hall.
Weird thing...their meeting started at 7:15.
Those crazy Canadians!
This was a little trail we did. It led to Rainbow Falls.
Not very impressive, but it was peaceful.
Always on the lookout for critters.

Hope mom and dad are just losing their winter coats :)
We also experienced a Moose Jam. Everyone was pulled off the road for a
moose and her babies.
It was a nice day. Beautiful weather. We hope to do some more exploring
north of the border. They almost didn't let me back in.
That's all for now.
Lovely photos :) So funny, my CO in Mexico was from Canada, and once in a talk he used the town of Frank as an example throughout the talk. It's so cool to actually see pictures!! Thanks for sharing, now the picture is complete in my mind! :D Love you guys. When can I come visit? ;)
